$50/week

  • 2 x face-to-face training sessions each week (Same as Simple & Strong package)
  • Your no-BS guide on how to build muscle, nutrition that will support your training, mindset, and mental health.
  • Me, cheering you on every step of the way (expect some heartfelt pep talks and regular check-ins)!

  • Unlimited access to LIVE online classes (Mon-Fri), join in from home before the kids wake up, on your lunch break or during nap time. Easy, quick and efficient.

  • A welcome pack filled with fitness goodies, including a resistance band kit, to get you set up for success with those online training sessions.

  • A 45 minute goal setting call with Louise at the start of the challenge to help you set realistic and achievable goals as well as a step by step plan (with simple and achievable steps) of how to get there.
