8 week challenge

This isn’t a “drop a dress size” kind of challenge.
This challenge focuses on lifting your mood, building strength, and finishing the year feeling proud of what your body can do.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll move your body, fuel it well, and rebuild that spark of confidence you might’ve lost somewhere between sleepless nights and school lunches.

No guilt. No diet rules. Just real support, simple strategies, and a bunch of mums who get it.

And the best part? You don’t have to do it alone, I’ll be your personal cheerleader, your PT in your pocket, and your biggest fan along the way.

STRONG AS A MOTHER

10 week challenge

At Strong Mums I get mum-life. You can be as on-time, organised and prepared as possible but as soon as you leave the house there's no control over a poo-nami, a toddler meltdown or the dog eating a nappy. That's why you don't have to stick to the same day that you train at Strong Mums each week. 

Classes are Monday 5:30pm, Tuesday 9:30am, Wednesday 9:30am and Thursday 9:30am.

  • One goal setting call with Louise at the start of the challenge to help you set realistic and achievable goals as well as a plan of how to get there.
  • Daily emails packed with practical tips for nutrition, mindset, and mental health.
