Effective, convenient and fun! The Mum Movement Hub offers nine online classes Monday to Friday led by experienced MumSafe trainers. Our classes are all run live, which means you can interact in real time with your trainer so that you get coaching and immediate feedback during the workout when you need it most. The classes are short enough to do before work, fit into your lunch break or your little one's nap time, but effective enough to get you smashing your goals and making you feel invincible for the rest of the day!

Coach Louise

As a Pregnancy and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and MumSafe Trainer with a career background in clinical psychology, Louise’s mission and passion is to help mums at any stage of motherhood improve their relationship with their body through movement and mindset.

Coach Emma

Emma is an experienced and knowledgeable MumSafe trainer who is passionate about helping mums return to exercise at all stages of motherhood. Emma believes all mums should have the opportunity to return to exercise safely after having a baby. 

Coach Lisa M

Lisa specialises in Pre and Postnatal fitness, driven by her passion for supporting Mums. With 8 years as a PT and a Mum of 3, she understands the need for personal time. She focuses on building strength from the inside out so you not only feel stronger in your workout but in everyday life too.

Coach Mia

Mia is a Mum to 3 children and understands how strong you have to be to be a mother, not just physically but mentally also. She is committed to making sure women are looked after in all stages of life, specialising in working with pre & postnatal women, women during perimenopause, menopause and beyond. 

Coach Meli 

After becoming a mum and experiencing PND, Meli took some time to reconnect with herself and to learn about what was happening to her mind and body. This led to the next step forward in her pre and postnatal training qualifications, becoming a MumSafe™ Trainer and Women's Health and Performance Coach. Meli has the tools to help women at every stage of life thrive physically and mentally.

Coach Sarah

Being a business owner and mum of 2 active boys, Sarah understands the importance of making time for herself in order to stay healthy and strong for all that life brings her way. Over the past 14 years, Sarah has worked with hundreds of women of of all fitness levels and helped them overcome not only the physical but also mental challenges that have lead them to step into a new life of strength and confidence by improving their health and fitness. 

Coach Lisa P

Lisa's mission is to give Mums/ladies a supportive environment alongside education about their bodies to reset and rebuild from the inside out.

Lisa is a Mum of 2 active teen boys and understands how strong both mentally and physically you have to be to be a mother. Lisa incorporates lifestyle factors, works alongside allied health professionals and has a network of support ready for the women who work with her.

Coach Anuschka

Anuschka's mission is to educate and empower women through Movement and Mindset to 'Feel Vibrant!' so they can positively cope with the challenges and demands of daily life at every stage of life. Anuschka is  dedicated to women's health and fitness through all the stages of a woman's life.

Coach Bec

Bec has completed extensive training to support women at all stages of life, especially motherhood. As a mum herself she also understands the challenges it involves and the changes your body goes through. Whether you have pelvic floor issues, abdominal issues, injuries, are pregnant or recently post partum, Bec will support you in your exercise journey safely.

Live online classes, Monday to Friday

The great thing about the Mum Movement Hub is that there's no pressure to attend every class. So those weeks when you feel flat out with mum life, family life, social life and work, you can dip out and go slower… and those weeks when you feel like you're ready for a gentle push to move more, you can join in with as many classes as you like. All classes are recorded and easily accessible so you’ll never miss out.

Making a nutritious meal should be more than just a bowl of lettuce, but it should also be quick and simple, especially when you’re a busy mum. In the Mum Movement Hub you can find heaps of delicious, nutritious and more importantly, easy to make recipes that the whole family can enjoy. Stop counting calories and start counting colours!
