We are located on Gosford Waterfront (Lion's Park, Mason's Parade) on the Beautiful Central Coast of NSW.
Class times are:
Monday 5:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday 9:30-10:30am
Wednesday 9:30-10:30
Thursday 9:30-10:30
Friday 9:30-10:30
What to expect:
- A warm welcome from everybody- we're a friendly bunch!
- A 60 minute Strong Mums Class including warm up, mobility and stretch sesh afterwards.
- Go at your own pace, I'll meet you where you're at. No pressure. No comparisons. No stress.
- You'll be able to attend to your little one/s whenever you need to. We're all mums, we all get it (and we're all doing the same thing!)
