What a Typical Session Looks Like...
A mix of running (or low-impact alternatives if running isn't right for you), SkiErgs, rowers, Echo Bikes, strength training, and functional movements designed to build functional fitness.
You'll use equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and sleds, alongside bodyweight exercises like push-ups, step-ups, burpees, and more. Don't worry if some of those movements sound intimidating. Nobody is expected to be able to do everything from day one.
Every workout can be adapted to suit your fitness level, experience, injuries, pelvic floor symptoms, or personal goals. Whether you're returning to exercise, training for your first event, or chasing a new challenge, you'll be supported every step of the way.
Most importantly, you'll have me in your corner. I'll guide you through every session, provide modifications when needed, celebrate your wins, and help you build confidence in what your body can do. Progress is the goal, not perfection.
Classes are booked in training blocks, with pricing varying slightly depending on the length of the block. Most blocks run for 8-9 weeks, with sessions averaging $35 each.
