Strong Mums 1:1 Online Personal Training Terms & ConditionsÂ
Updated 22nd July 2025
Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve chosen to train with me through Strong Mums 1:1 Online PT. The goal of this agreement is to make sure everything runs smoothly, with clear expectations on both sides. Please take a moment to read through the terms below. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
1. Your Commitment & Cancellation Policy
1.1 When you sign up for Strong Mums 1:1 personal training and programming, you’re committing to a minimum of 12 weeks.
1.2 If you’d like to stop personal training, you’ll need to give four weeks’ written notice. Exceptions may apply in the case of pregnancy, illness, or injury where exercise is not medically advised.
1.3 Payment is made weekly unless otherwise agreed (e.g. a 12-week block paid upfront by bank transfer).
1.4 Personal training sessions cannot be cancelled outright, but may be rescheduled (see 1.5). PT sessions may be paused if going away on holiday (see 1.6) or if it is medically necessary to pause sessions (see 1.8).
1.5 If you need to reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice unfortunately can’t be rescheduled.
1.6 If you're going on holiday or have other commitments and want to pause your training and payments, two weeks' notice must be provided. Alternatively, you may continue to pay during this period and we can attempt to reschedule missed sessions, depending on availability.
1.7 You have a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time you submit this agreement. No refunds are given for any payments made after that time.
1.8Â Medical Suspension:
If you’re unable to train for up to two weeks due to illness or injury and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, any missed sessions will be credited. These credits must be used within four weeks of your return and are only valid while you remain an active paying member.
If you’re away for more than two weeks for medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate stating that training is not possible. In this case, payments can be paused until you are cleared to return. If a certificate is provided after your return, missed sessions may still be credited and used within four weeks — but only if your Strong Mums membership remains active.
Â
2. Payments
2.1 Payments can be made either via weekly direct debit (Ezidebit) or in full for a 12-week block by bank transfer.
2.2 If a direct debit payment fails due to insufficient funds, Ezidebit will charge a failed payment fee. This fee is managed by the payment provider and cannot be waived by Strong Mums. If you have any concerns about failed payment fees, please contact your bank or Ezidebit directly.
2.3 Strong Mums reserves the right to adjust pricing. Any changes to your fees will be communicated in advance.
3. Your Personal Training Sessions
3.1 Every effort is made to deliver sessions as scheduled. On occasion, changes may be necessary, but Strong Mums is committed to providing consistent, high-quality service to keep you moving.
3.2 Please arrive (log in) on time for your scheduled session.
3.3 If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the originally scheduled time and cannot be extended.
3.4 Strong Mums is not responsible for the safety or suitability of the environment in which you choose to participate in your training session.Â

4. Your Agreement
4.1 This agreement begins once you submit your signed waiver form.
4.2 When you sign this agreement, and each time you attend a session, you confirm that:
-
You are in good physical health.
-
You are not aware of any medical reasons why you should not participate in physical activity.
4.3 Strong Mums trainers are not medical professionals and cannot assess your fitness to train. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult your doctor before beginning or continuing a training program.
4.4 If any aspect of training poses a risk to your health, or your health status changes, please notify Strong Mums in writing. You must not attend training sessions if you are unwell with an infectious illness, or if you have any condition (e.g. open wounds, contagious infections) that could pose a risk to others. We reserve the right to cancel or stop a session if we believe continuing could negatively impact your health.
4.5 In some cases, Strong Mums may request written clearance from your doctor before allowing you to participate. We may also ask for confirmation that your exercise program has been discussed with a medical professional.
4.6 If your children are present during your session, their safety, conduct, and supervision remain your responsibility at all times. While Strong Mums trainers are happy to help comfort your child with your permission, they are not trained caregivers. Children must stay clear of equipment, and Strong Mums accepts no liability for injury to children during sessions.
4.7 Strong Mums may take photos or videos during sessions for use in social media, marketing, or educational materials. By signing this agreement, you give permission for you and your child’s image to be used in this way. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let us know in writing so we can respect your preference.
4.8 Strong Mums respects your privacy. All personal, medical, and training information will be stored securely and kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
