This credit will expire after four weeks starting from the day you return to training. Should you need more than two weeks away from training due to a medical reason, please provide a medical certificate so that we can work with your healthcare provider in ensuring we can modify the exercises and intensity appropriately to best assist in your recovery.
1.8 Should you cease your personal training commitments then any outstanding make-up sessions will be forfeited.
